As I am just learning about blogging, I will just start to write, and will develop specifics from there. In the world of wellness, there are so many topics we could visit. The obvious are weight loss and eating right, and those are discussed in excess (nausea) in so many realms. We will touch upon those topics, but what I really want to discuss, share and encourage are practices around feeling good about ourselves, keeping our stress levels manageable and how to actually live the life we want, not just talk about it. I intend to share tips, articles or whatever else to help us all live a better life.
